This guide provides step-by-step instructions for configuring and managing Upsell items within the BeHome247 Guest Connect platform. It is designed to help property managers effectively create, customize, and promote additional services or products.
Setting up upsells in Guest Connect is a simple process. Below are the steps a property manager should follow: (1) Add a New Upsell, (2) View and Manage Upsells, and (3) Accepting Payment
Step 1: Add a New Upsell
1. Navigate to Guest Connect → Upsells tab, click Add New Item.
2. A pop-up window will appear for creating the upsell.
Fill in the item details, including:
- Item name
- Description
- Price
- Quantity (if applicable)
- Optional: Coupon Code
- Quantity Limit
- Type
- Visibility Settings
3. Click Save to create the upsell.
Step 2: View and Manage Upsells
Existing upsell offerings will be displayed on the dashboard.
- Examples include Early Check-In, Firewood Bundles, and Parking Passes.
- These upsell packages will be available for selection in the Guest Connect section.
Step 3: Accepting Payments
To enable payment collection, the Property Manager must first connect their account to Stripe.
1. Request Stripe Activation Link
Our Development Team will generate a

unique Stripe activation link for your account.
2. Open the Activation Link
Once you receive the link, click to begin the Stripe setup process.
3. Complete Stripe Setup
Follow the prompts to create or log into your Stripe account and provide the
necessary business and banking information.
4. Connect Stripe to Your Account
After completing the setup, Stripe will automatically sync and integrate with your
account for payment collection.
