Track Integration

This integration will allow you to synchronize Properties and Reservations from Track. BeHome247 generated access codes will be sent to Track for your convenience.

Also the Track integration allows for maintenance and housekeeping updates to be sent to Track.

Steps to connect to BeHome247

IMPORTANT: This process needs to be executed in coordination with you BeHome247 Representative to make sure the accounts are linked on time and access won’t expire.

1. Collect Track API Keys
Track Implementation Support can assist in gathering the following API keys:

Server Key
Secret Server Key
Domain / Endpoint
Channel Key
Secret Channel Key

2. Connect Your BeHome247 Account
Once the keys are generated, provide them to your BeHome247 representative. Our team will handle the connection on your behalf and notify you once everything is set up.

3. Validate Your Integration
To ensure the integration is working properly, your BeHome247 representative will initiate the initial synchronization. This process will transfer your properties and reservations from Track, and we’ll notify you once you’re ready for kickoff.
