How to add new users
Adding cleaners to your BeHome247 platform is a multi-step process. Follow these instructions to set up new users based on their specific roles.
Cleaner, Inspector, or Maintenance Users
- Click on Account under Profile on the left-hand side menu bar.
- Click on Add User. An Add new User pop-up form will appear.
- Fill in the new user's information: First name, Last name, Email, Phone, and Password.
Note: The new user will only be able to log in using this specific email address.
4. Select Staff as User Type and click Save.
5. Find the newly created user in the Account User list.
6. Click on Role, select the Access Level, and click Save.
You have successfully created a user!
Note: Check out the Settings on the User level to enable notifications or customize the language.
