How to alert housekeeping that a guest is waiting

If you find yourself needing to alert housekeeping that a guest is currently waiting, please follow the steps below: 

1. Click on Properties on the left-hand side menu and select filters.

2. Verify if your property list is set to today's arrivals. If not, select your filters as listed below:

  • Select today as the Check-in Date.
  • Mark the Check-in and Turn boxes.
  • Select your Group.

3. Click on Apply Filters.

4. Once you've narrowed your list, find and select the property that the guest is checking into.

5. Select the Occupancy property status inside the unit page.

6. Click on the Guest Waiting option to notify the cleaner and inspector automatically.

8. Click Save.

7. Hit refresh to see the occupancy status change from yellow to purple.
