If you've been assigned a work order, the process below will guide you through how to manage and complete your assignment.
1. Log into your BeHome247 account.
2. Find your assigned task, and select the green check box to accept it.
3. Click on the property name.
4. Select Maintenance Needed, change the state to Started, and click Save.
5. Once you've completed the work order, change the state to Finished.
Tip: Add any required information in the Details field and select who else must be notified.
7. Click Save.
8. Return to your task list and select the orange check box next to the completed task.
9. Click on the Yes, I confirm button to complete the work order.
Note: Your Maintenance Tasks list will show a progress bar to help you manage your progress throughout the day.
