How to edit door codes that have been hashed out (****)

If you've been programming door codes and see their numerical form replaced by a hashed code (****) in the property's Locks tab, as in the example below, there are certain steps you can take to resolve this issue. Hashed code

If only one code is replaced by ****

1. Navigate to Properties and search for the property that reflects this issue.

Property name click3. Once inside the property page, scroll down to find the Settings tab and click on Devices.

4. Click on the CONFIG button.

Note: Completing these steps will send a command to the lock to reconfigure the file associated with it.  

If ALL codes are replaced by ****

1. Navigate to Properties and search for the property that reflects this issue.

All group property example3. If the property is not assigned correctly, place a checkmark next to the property's checkbox.

5. Select the All group from the drop-down menu and click Save.

7. Open the Property Container and go to the lock tab. The codes should now be visible.
