If you've been programming door codes and see their numerical form replaced by a hashed code (****) in the property's Locks tab, as in the example below, there are certain steps you can take to resolve this issue.
If only one code is replaced by ****
1. Navigate to Properties and search for the property that reflects this issue.
2. Click on the property name to access the property page.
3. Once inside the property page, scroll down to find the Settings tab and click on Devices.
4. Click on the CONFIG button.
Note: Completing these steps will send a command to the lock to reconfigure the file associated with it.
If ALL codes are replaced by ****
1. Navigate to Properties and search for the property that reflects this issue.
2. Ensure the property is assigned to the All group.
3. If the property is not assigned correctly, place a checkmark next to the property's checkbox.
4. Click on Actions and select Add to Group.
5. Select the All group from the drop-down menu and click Save.
7. Open the Property Container and go to the lock tab. The codes should now be visible.
