It is important to keep track of anything that may need management attention when inspecting a unit. A few examples of what you would notify management about are:
- Pulling items from the property (comforters, broken furniture, rugs, or other)
- Significant damage that requires notification
- Open work orders for the unit (e.g., broken lock, closet door off track, ice maker not working)
If any of these issues arise during an inspection, you can forward them to the front desk to alert the guest by doing the following:
1. Click on the QA status button.
2. Once inside the QA feature, you need to fill out the Change QA for fields as follows:
- Select the state of the unit as Finished or Hold.
- Rate the cleaning performed (0-5 stars).
- Attach a photo of what management needs to view.
- Include your observations in the Details field.
- Select a form from the Fill Form dropdown menu if you have placed a work order.
Note: If there is an issue with the unit that requires postponing the guest’s arrival, please put the QA on hold.
3. Select any users you'd like to notify if required. Click Save.
