How to use filters in your Guest Connect sections

Another benefit of Guest Connect is filtering who's able to see the content you've created. There are four available filters inside the Guest Connect feature in the main menu. 

  • Disable section: disable certain content sections for a predetermined amount of time if you do not want a guest to see them. This filter is useful for building content for multiple seasons and hiding it from view. You can turn sections on and off depending on the season. 
  • Show only during stay: this setting enables a section to be seen once guests are past their check-in time. This option may be useful for sections displaying guest codes. 

Note: You can set the check-in time in the Settings section under the Global Settings tab. 

  • Show for properties matching the following search term: type in a unique search term to have sections appear for properties that match this word.  
  • Show for properties in the following groups: this option allows you to categorize a section by property or feature. Type in a group name, and the sections will show up for all units in that specific group. 

To apply any of these filters:

1. Click on Guest Connect on the left-hand side menu.
