The Properties feature on the left-hand side menu takes you to the property container list. Property containers include a quick snapshot of what is happening with all listed properties. Once inside this section, you'll see the property name, address, if the controller is reading the respective lock, and the property status (vacant or occupied).
A few information boxes on the right-hand side of each property show if a cleaner, inspector, or group has been assigned to this property. You'll also find status nodes that allow users to see quick property statuses. These nodes correspond to the status inside the property container.
Inside a property container
Once you click on a property name, you'll see property statuses, such as cleaning status, QA status (inspector), maintenance status, a few customizable options according to your operation, and occupancy.
Tip: Please get in touch with support if you would like to create a customizable status option.
Other Features inside Properties
Other items of note on the property pages are the tabs located below the status buttons, which control and provide additional information on the property (e.g., locks, calendar, events, or others).
Events
The Events tab allows you to see the interactions and transitions from Housekeeping to Inspections to Maintenance on a daily basis. When you click on this tab, it will show you a running, timeline-based record of actions for the day. Scrolling downward will show older recorded actions, which is helpful to visualize what is happening with a specific property throughout the day in real-time.
Note: This tab will only show data from two days back, but you can extend this. The event tab will store three years of historical data.
To extend the timeline:
1. Click on the orange filter icon on the Events screen.
2. Adjust your filters, select your date range, and click on Apply Filters.
Note: This filter section also allows you to view specific information. If you are looking for just QAs, you can request to see only that.
Calendar
Another section that offers important information is the Calendar tab. This tab shows a monthly snapshot of your property's departures and arrivals. It will store folio history for three months.
When you click on a particular reservation in the calendar, a window opens up, allowing you to review or add additional guest information, send a notification, and view guest codes and arrival/departure dates.
Note: Depending on your enabled preferences and access permissions, you might see additional tabs titled Locks, Settings, Thermostat, or others under the property status buttons.
