How do I program a code for multiple properties?
- First, select the properties you want to update. Then, use the Actions Dropdown Menu to find the "Program Code" option. This feature works for both Zwave-connected and Kaba locks.
Why am I not seeing a property in the property list?
- There are a few reasons this might happen:
- Sync Delay: The system syncs properties on a 24-hour cycle. Ensure the property is set to sync from your property management software and check back in 24 hours. If it's still missing, email support@behome247.com for assistance.
- Parent/Child Structure: If your account is set up with a parent/child structure, the property may sync to the parent account and need to be assigned to the regional account. Contact the account admin to ensure proper assignment.
- Group Assignment: For certain users to view the property, it must be added to the relevant groups. Contact your account admin to confirm that the property is included in the appropriate groups.
- Clear your filters! Often times there are previous filters selected that prevent the property from displaying
