One scenario that may arise during an inspection is a callback to the property. BeHome247 streamlines this process by providing inspectors with tools to document instances where cleaning is still needed and to itemize specific issues. Follow the steps below to ensure proper documentation:

Step 1: Document the QA Hold

  1. Click the Red "QA Started" Tile
  2. Select "QA Hold"
  3. Add Details: Include "Callback" and any relevant notes.
  4. Save

Step 2: Notify Cleaners of Cleaning Needs

  1. Select the Green "Cleaning Finished" Tile
  2. Select "Cleaning Needed"
  3. Add Details: Specify the issues requiring attention.
  4. Add Photos: Include images to provide clarity.
  5. Save

 


Step 3: QA Hold Release

Once the cleaner has resolved the issues, your operations team will determine who is responsible for releasing the QA hold.
