Cleaner and Inspector

  • Access: Assigned to both quality assurance and clean task types.
  • Who Uses This Role: Users or companies handling both cleaning and inspection tasks.

Inspector

  • Access: Exclusively assigned to quality assurance task types.
  • Who Uses This Role: Users or companies focused on quality assurance activities.

Operator

  • Access: Main dashboard.
  • Capabilities: Create, cancel, and manage tasks and statuses related to housekeeping and maintenance. Can be assigned all task types.

  • Properties: Lists properties assigned to the vendor.
  • Management: Allows vendors to assign tasks (e.g., cleans) to their team.
  • Invoicing: Enables viewing PMI-created invoices.
  • Reports: Provides access to the full reporting menu.
  • Account: Allows the vendor to add their own cleaners and inspectors into the system.

Additional Notes: This account type includes a Manager role, allowing the vendor to independently add and manage their team members.

Staff
