Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Where does the information pull from?

  • The property screen combines data from your selected property management software and BeHome247's stored information. If there’s a specific field you’d like to map, please contact your designated account manager.

Can I add photos to the housekeeping instructions?

  • Absolutely. The housekeeping instructions can include both text and photos, making it an ideal place to store important property information that remains visible to all users.

Can all roles view my guest information?

  • No. Only Admin, Operator, and User roles can view guest information. Cleaners, Inspectors, and Maintenance Techs can access the calendar but cannot view guest contact details.

Why is the settings tab missing?

  • The user must be associated with the property. Ensure the user is assigned to the correct property group and has the appropriate role to access the settings tab. This limitation restricts which users can adjust property settings. If you cannot view the settings tab, please have an Admin user correctly add you to the relevant group.
  • Another possible reason is that the property isn’t assigned to a group. Ensure all properties are properly grouped and that the user is linked to the property.

Why are the codes showing as ******?

  • When adding users to the system, the "View Codes" feature must be enabled. If codes appear as ******, check to ensure the user has permission to view the codes. For more information on setting up users, view the article here.
